Experience opera from the inside out. Volunteers aid Opera Vivente at all
levels and are essential for a company with no full-time paid staff.
Who: Professional, student, retiree. Anyone with an interest in what goes
on inside an opera company.
When: A few hours per year or per month. Weekday, weekend, morning,
afternoon, or evening. Whatever your schedule, you fit in.
What: Anything from accounting to xeroxing. On-stage super or back-stage
dresser or stage crew. Ticket taker or usher. Artist housing and transport.
Event planning. All these and more are valuable ways that your talents can
help Opera Vivente.

opera to Baltimore.
$50: Pays for a hand-held prop
$75: Pays for the rehearsal accompanist for one rehearsal
$100: Pays an orchestral musician for one performance
$150: Pays for a costume
$250: Pays for a comprimario singer for one performance
$500: Underwrites all the props for a production
$1,000: Underwrites the appearance of an orchestral player for an entire production
$1,250: Underwrites a designer
$1,500: Underwrites the appearance of a comprimario singer for a production
$2,500: Underwrites the appearance of a principal singer
$5,000: Underwrites the entire design team
$7,500: Underwrites the set
$10,000: Underwrites a single performance
$25,000: Donor is considered one of two who are co-underwriters of a production
$50,000: Donor is considered exclusive underwriter of a production
